About

I live in the center of the Venn diagram between analytical and creative, balancing my need to organize and solve complex problems with my desire to ideate and invent. This blend of skills — along with my unwavering dedication to mentor and scale exceptional design teams — is how I’ve built a meaningful career.

I’ve also developed a rare managerial philosophy along the way — the best idea in the room wins. I have little tolerance for ego and instead measure my success on how I help others succeed. And as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have unwavering dedication to creating diverse, inclusive safe spaces for everyone around me.

BONUS: I’m a cat person, a Marvel nerd, and have designed all nine of my tattoos.
