For 24 years I’ve been a design leader focused on building inclusive, high-performing teams, adding clarity to design operations, and ensuring extraordinary delivery of compelling B2B, B2C, and SaaS products — always focused on making the complex feel simple, connected, and human.

My love of product design grew from my background as a journalist, where the focus is to listen, uncover what the real “story” or problem is, and then present it to the world in a way they can understand and enjoy. Now, I do that through the lens of user experience design.

And as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have an unwavering dedication to creating diverse, inclusive, safe spaces for everyone around me, whether that’s within a design team or my work volunteering with community theater.
